    The Prismrivers

    This is a project I've been working on lately. It's a story of the Prismriver sisters, including Layla Prismriver. This is the first chapter of a 8-chapter story, the finished comic will be around 100 pages. Originally I wanted to make this into a printed book, but it would reduce the readers by a great amount, so I'll draw it to the net. I still don't know if I should use finnish or english, I hope I didn't make any big mistakes in the translation.

    Särmä = edge (in geometry), but it is also an old finnish surname.
    Virta (river) or Virtanen (rivers?) is a finnish surname, but Virtanen is 5 times more numerous than Virta. So it could be Särmävirtaset or actually more likely Särmä-Virtaset.

    I'm not familiar with every dialect of English, but as far as I know, the onomatopoeia for baby birds chirping would be "peep" rather than "piip". It's perfectly clear, but it's a clue that you're not a native speaker.

    I've read as far as post #1587682, and aside from that, I see no flaws in the English so far. Also, nice story.
