I think she's crossed out because she cannot be used for an "Assist Attack" due to certain conditions. Notice how Mako is the active fighter of Nonon's opponents, but Ira is taking the brunt of the attack. I figured that's what probably happened.

You're looking at the colors of the health bars backwards. The dark green is how much health they have left, not the light green. Health starts at the portrait and goes towards the timer in most fighting games.

Huh...now that you mention it, the window colour of the timer is the same as the HP bars. I didn't notice that before. Good catch!
