I'm sure all those in the third panel are, but I only surely recognize that Kantai outrig-- er, outfit, and Ezio's garb. I'd guess the lower right as an Attack on Titan set, but I've still not watched that'n.

Top right is probably Gargantia.

IE is the officially recommended browser to play KanColle, although what it need is just the Flash player (CMIIW)

I'm PRETTY sure the one on lower right is Shino's GGO costume.

Top left = Shimakaze from Kantai Collection (hopefully most of you knew right away)
Top right = Amy from Suisei no Gargantia
Bottom Left = Ezio from Assassin's Creed
Bottom Right = Sinon / Shino from Sword Art Online (Gun Gale Online)
