If you can talk with someone in real life about that, is a great achievement. Speaks with women/men, depends a lot of their perspective. But I could think, from my experience, a lot af girls, woman, men, boys, etc, likes the Fan Fiction and the hentai at the same time (Soft Yuri, Yaoi etc etc) too. In Touhou, you have some female artist who draws, some times, hentai with their pairings. Even if they are embarrased lately.

I know that sayori is female, and she draw porn pics too. I honestly cannot tell, if most hentai artists are female, or male. Maybe it's a testament on how good they are, but you cannot tell the gender of the hentai artist, at first glance. I just assume everyone's a guy, because of how hardcore some of the scenes are.

You could began to search for the female artist that you know, and watch their images, all the images, and then try to compare between artist there are subtles differences, specially in the style, marking, context of the comic, topic of the image, between males artist and females.
