Kongou: Burning Love~!
Ruby: Whoa!
Hiei: Hieeeeee~!
That pretty much is the dialogue for this scenario. Kongou gives her admiral a surprise hug and Hiei can't help but go 'Hieeee!' for not receiving the same treatment from her older sister.
