This isn't the sort of thing I feel comfortable with approving, but I'll unban it. I swear I had that option when I was a Janitor, but I guess with the Janitor user level on its way out it doesn't really matter.
Apparently someone screwed up tags. 'mutsu' should be changed to 'mutsu_(kantai_collection)' so it's not banned anymore.
My apologies. Not sure how I missed that, but after attempting to upload the image with that wrong tag, I thought the image didn't go through, so I completely forgot about it until now.
