Blue Armband Nagato is from Glasses Female Admiral's fleet.

DD-con Nagato is from Short-hair Female Admiral's fleet (and so is Iowa).

Maybe the next strip will tell if the Nagato that Iowa saw in the martial arts class is indeed that Nagamon who's in her admiral's fleet but now nobody will know what's the ineraction between Iowa and the Nagato in this strip.
