Looks like Ooi got a word in with Hisahiko again about the ribbon. Either that, or it's it's phasing in and out of reality.

The best part is that he could have simply avoided having to draw the ribbon by flipping this strip and the previous one 180deg horizontally.

He'd then have to redraw Kaga, as her ponytail is to the right. Ditto removing the onigiri symbols on everyone's gifts from Haruna as they're not on the left side.

It's easier to add a layer for the ribbon and re-upload.

Those arrow arms on Kaga... how deep do they go?
