It depends how the artists portray her I'd say, I mean RJ is pretty small herself that she's sometimes mistaken for a Destroyer but never seen Nagamon go for her.

Yes, Nagamon is into small and cute ones. But Ryuujou is actually too much of a well-old-friend to see her as being small.
