Out of all the Retro Video Game crushes I've drawn this one turned out to be my fav.

Quinty is also a great character! She is from Mendel Palace, known as Quinty in Japan. it was Game Freak's first game and character designs were done by Ken Sugimori, best known for his work in the Pokemon series. Sugimori really seems to have a lot of affection for her, and it's contagious.
