this is a sort of companion "oh YEAH?" piece to [link] , again lookin ahead at THE WORRRLD OF TOMORRRROW as it may be!

So, in the future, Didi has neato new technology, and Gogo here, for her part, is coming apart at the seams. If you suspected she was totally joking way back here: [link] well HAHA on you, sonny jim. Didi, however, takes this stuff serious and has installed numerous inhibitor measures at the cellular level to basically keep Gogo from making a complete transition from ADD-addled feral woman to ADD/rage-addled daikaiju. It's not a permanent solution, as Didi puts it, "It's a bit like building a screen porch around an atomic bomb...it won't hold up against much, but it gently reminds you that there are boundaries."

As for WHY Gogo would go freak-hulk-godzilla in the future? Well, she's not a terribly restrained person to begin with, and superhuman development only tends to go so far before people in an authoritarian capacity begin to screw with you in the interests of either putting you down or putting you to use for the greater good. Plus, just because her and Didi have already "split" doesn't mean there aren't some additional, much nastier personas existing inside her.

Give whatever context you want for this scene. Personally, I think she's just cranky.
