while I am not a fan of this artists work I do commend all the subtle mindfuckery left to go unnoticed for a while, like obvious semen stains on a dogs tombstone and whatnot.

Don't forget to chant what your superpowers are going to be when you get reincarnated in an Isekai. Also, aren't you supposed to get hit by a truck? Preferably while pushing a puppy (you left in the road) out of the way? Carrying your anime stuff with you so that anime god knows what kind of world to reincarnate you into is perfectly fine, though.
