I question the presence of Kongou, as ships are considered female most of the time.

Bismarck would've been a better choice given the whole 'Captain said the ship is a guy' thing.

They blended in to the background enough to be unnoticeable in the first glance

Just in case you forgot, the purpose of the Super Crown isn't to genderswap, it's to make a character become like Peach. If it were JUST genderswapping, Megatron could blow it off because it wouldn't affect him too much, but the real threat of a Super Crown is that it would turn him *ewwww* HUMAN!

Hence, even Kongou should be running. (She'd probably turn into an Iowa clone, which is AMERICAN, not BRITISH -DESS!)

(Eggman, meanwhile, should just sit still. Easiest diet in the world, and he'd stop being bald, to boot.)

It dépends on the language tho. French uses masculine pronouns for ships. Iirc, so do Russian and Germans.
