Does this count as impending doom or is said creature already dead?

Is it just me, or does the overall art look... very off-model? The aspect ratio looks squished (vertically-stretched), the perspective is wonky, the bokeh effect looks unnatural (because it somehow manages to have two many different-depth elements in focus despite having such a shallow depth-of-field), the fingers look off, the toes even more so, and the right calf is just abnormally swollen like she has a weird case of edema or popeye-limb syndrome.

Already dead. See all the blood on Raph's sword and both Raph and Filo are happy and Naofumi's standing on the thing wondering what the hell he's gonna do with it.
