Actually its both.
Roddenberry was going to call the ship Yorktown at first, than changed it to Enterprise, partly because of the nuclear carrier entering service, but also the legacy of the CV-6 Enterprise, which in 1964, when the first pilot was done, was very much a legend, while the nuclear carrier was only a few years old.

Big tits are not the sole defining feature of what constitutes as "a beautiful woman". There are PLENTY of medium breasted and small breasted women that are gorgeous. Azur Lane's Enterprise is one such lady.
