    My highschool girlfriend had to shower with her glasses on; without them she couldn't see any of the soap bottles or even the water knob. She grew up hiding under a blanket to read books without a light at night (because her Japanese mother was a nutcase that wouldn't let her read in bed; should've been the first sign to stay the heck away) so her eyes adjusted to only see things clearly about two inches from the tip of her nose.

    Even with shit vision it's not hard to take a shower without them. It's not like the shower handles move every day, and generally all the soaps are in the same spot all the time. Just gotta remember where they are each time you take a shower. Hell I can take an entire shower with my eyes closed the entire time just remembering where things are and feeling around for them.
