The other two ended up making it into the game anyway.
Apparently only their models are in the game and nothing else. So they still technically don't exist as of current but could potentially be a part of an update.
That said, walking animations were also discovered in SuMo files and ended up never being used, so discovering a few models doesn't guarantee anything.
Not sure what sort of management or logic Gamefreak is running on. I mean I don't reckon there would ever be a shortage of applicants if they are to openly say "we're hiring animators for a Pokemon game." I know people who would even be willing to work on a slave wage if it means their name gets added to the credits of a mainline Pokemon game.
