There is nothing in that picture which can't be explained with descriptive tags. This picture isn't an anus apple.

The "what" tag in general is used wrong. I find Hulk Hogan Iku, maritan magazine scan, waha flying over edvard munch's painting, jojo parodies, giant futa dicks and random 4chan memes under "what", but no matter how often I delete them, some guy will add "what" because they are lol so funniezzXD.
