Japanese people can have brown skin :V

This artists' Reimu always struck me as a sun baked south-asian, which is fine i guess, no need to kick that powderkeg.

What irks me though, is that if there were ever an artstyle that looks *too* western, this would be it.

You can almost hear them talking with that typical valley girl accent.

If ZUN himself gave Cirno brown skin in a mainline touhou game, it's pretty clear he doesn't give a shit if you interpret a character as brown.
