Not brightly colored enough. Most non-hooded snakes tend to be brightly colored to indicate their poisonous. There are exceptions of course, but that snake looks like a garden variety garden snake.

I get this feeling that's a python... won't poison you with a bite but it'd hug you to death... that or a boa constrictor
