He probably meant the quality. This looks like it's self-upload, on top of that it's uploaded by a VERY new member that didn't even read the '10 tag minimum' rule.
Can't we like, limit new members to 1 comment per hour and 1 upload per day so both the comment section spams and these kinds of uploads won't happen?

I'm actually in favor of this since it decrease the emote/trash comment spam. Not too worried about the self uploads since our current system usually handles it pretty well but I wouldn't mind a return to the old upload system for new members
