Fusion Request by Pokelobo

"Pokedex Entry : "Startot the Musical Star Pokemon. Startot is incredibly passionate about music, to the point of losing its temper toward other Pokemon who will not sing according to its beat. Pokemon like Loudred upset it the most for it considers their sounds attacks as an insult to good music"

Typing: Normal/Flying (being classed as a "normal" type kind of sound like a pun for me since the pokemon thinks of itself as a star)

I went a bit off rails with this design but I love pissed of birds so much that when I noticed this fusion had a musical background to it I couldn't help but add the amazing vibrant enthusiasm that some orchestra conductors put towards their acts. I also love smug and over the top characters and this would be an amazing character to deal with in a game like Mystery Dungeon.
Other cool things Id like to see this bird do would be to get its cheeks really red when agitated, and using feathers as conductor sticks which it could easily grow back using the move Roost. It would also be an actually really good musician, just needs to be feeling more jolly and calm in order to get all the notes just right.
