Searching Kosian's Twitter for mentions of the game does reveal that he drew a good number of these (whether it be art for the 2* Story Cards, or just backgrounds in general)! And I managed to find one credited to him via ascii2D that he had apparently shared on Pixiv, before it got deleted, so there's probably even more confirmable ones.
