There is some hope to be had. I have heard that once this war is over in Ukraine, the company that built the plane will build a new one to replace the one that was lost.

Unfortunately, Mriya is unrecoverably damaged, and they will have a lot more serious problems rebuilding a country in ruins. I hardly think we will see the An-225 in the sky again.

I am not as pessimistic as you are. The blueprints for the An-225 still exist and I feel it will be rebuilt one day.

Building just one required cooperation of entire Soviet Union flight industry on unprecedented scale. Plus, it was done for one very specific goal - transporting soviet Space Shuttle to launchpad. Ukraine just decided to repurpose it after soviet break-up.
No, it won't be rebuilt. Mind me, I'm from Ukraine and want it myself, but let's be realistic. We will have a whole load of other problems after the war. Assuming country will survive it in the first place, that is.

I admire your optimism but the amount of money needed to rebuild one would be better spend on rebuilding the country whoever wins, maybe one crazy billionaire could attempt but really doubt there will ever be another An-255

As far as I have investigated there is a mothball frame of said aircraft, and Antonov, the owner company, will most likely after the war rebuild a new AN-225.
