the photo is likely of a vehicle engaged in development/testing; according to ARMY Magazine October 2009, the M1200 was slated to receive the pictured CROWS II remote weapons station, but this doesn't appear to have ended up being fielded (also the M2 in the photograph appears to be a dummy)
