Yeah, people lost their shit because of leakers mentioning a redesign and saying weird ominous statements like "if you change everything about a character, is it still that character?" and turns out the design is awesome and judging by that shit-eating smirk he's still much the same character.

Should this get a new tag to differentiate his two designs?

I disagree, but I like this one, even if it's a bit difficult to get used to. I still want him anyway. Hope we might get the harbinger outfit as a skin in the future, maybe.
