For those who don't know, this is DNF DUEL (DNF stands for "DungeoN Fighters") it's a game based on DNF ONLINE, which was a sort of MMORPG played in Street of Rage style, 2.5D. And ArcSysW got the chance to make and released a new game under the same IP designed as DNF DUEL.

The characters does not have a name at all, only their Class name in both games(Either Female Gunner or her other advancement classes). But this girl in particular, if you want to give her a name, according to a cross-over between Elsword&DNF Online, she was given the name of "Rose "(!?).
