The carving, not so bad. The mouth sewing, that made me whine.

I keep thinking how precise and the many cuts it would take to carve the words into her.Carving simple letters could be in one swipe, while that would require multiple cuts for each letter depending on the skill of the writer. Then again a scalpel on flesh cuts nice and smooth.

This Santa Claus is pretty f'in hardcore. So much for lumps of coal.

It also helps the mood that the elves are scarred themselves. nice touch.
