That's EXACTLY what it is. Check the original post, just in case Danbooru's approvers don't allow this within three days.

I did some quick math, and Cure Peach (debuted in 2009) would be the only one who is the typical age for a cure, namely 14 years old. Cure Bloom (debuted in 2006) matches the age of the oldest ever cure, Cure Moonlight (age 17). Cure Lovely (debuted in 2014) matches the age of the youngest ever cure, Cure Muse (age 9).
