That's with the suit. Her given height and weight HAVE to be with the suit; there's no way she weighs nearly 200 lbs.

The suit probably weighs considerably more than 200 pounds. Remember, she's been Chozo-enhanced, she probably has some cybernetics or bionics or other enhancements that increase her weight. Muscle and bone density for instance, considering how high she can jump *without* the suit. The Zero Suit can't provide THAT much of an enhancement

In Metroid Prime 2 near the beginning there was a frayed cable you had to shoot to break it. you could lock onto the cable as well. Most likely whats happening there.
