I tagged this under Jojo because this seems to be a parody of a scene with josuke and wonder of u in part 8 Jojolion.

The outfits and poses featured here are very similar, with even things such as dododo de dadada and the rokakaka being clearly represented. The artist’s naming of their post also suggests this.
