It's definitely not, but twitter has probably one of the largest audiences, so losing it as a means of advertising your works will probably hurt pretty badly. Unfortunately with things like rate limiting it defeats the purpose of these artists using twitter, unless you're already established, since it limits the chances of new users coming across your stuff.
They deserve it for uploading pictures on a MOBILE platform made for downgrading quality of pictures. They better open a PIXIV account too and weekly reupload their tweeted stuff like other normal artists... or you can sell your soul to Zuckerberg and Threads.
Is that rate limit thing still going on? I figured that would last like a day or two at most.
It appears so, or at least nothing says otherwise and the rate limit is still in place as of July 7th going by a twitter notice on the state of their rate limiting.
