They updated the update, and "artistic" nudity is no longer allowed unless it's within an M-rated game.

The rest of that TOS update is still in effect, including the parts where body painting, strip teasing, and pole dancing are allowed on the platform.

When you cannot make it on a camsite, you go for twitch.
