Listen, all the art when submitted to deviantArt are protected. Its down there in the Licensing section. By default its set to [use Creative Commons license? [NO]] [Allow commercial uses of your work?[NO]] [Allow modifications to your work? [NO]] . The last one, I don't mind as much, because people like making signatures and avatars, etc, but hey, they arent selling them or claiming it as their own artwork.

You want to sell something? Sell something you made, not stuff you've saved onto your hard drive from the internet that looked nice, ok? ///rant
