    This is a Seiyuu reference, Nanoha is wearing Himiko*'s clothes, and Fate is wearing Kagetora's, that because both Nanoha and Himiko are voiced by Tamura Yukari, and Fate and Kagetora are voiced by Mizuki Nana.
