For the fourth of my Sonic JRPG illustrations series, I didn't exactly have to reach far for this one! However, something I decided when approaching how to design a fantasy RPG appearance for Rouge was I wanted to take a bit of a unique approach to Rouge's outfit, but I still wanted to make sure I called back to a few motifs of her official appearance.
