Ingo and Emmet, but they work at the subway in my country, Chile, that being the case I guess their tittle would be “Jefes del metro” (Metro boss), Ingo is saying “por aquí=This way” and Emmet “por allá=that way”

Here all public transport workers wear red safety jackets, the gray parts are reflective clothing so you can see them even in the dark and subway conductors and safety staff wear ones with a green chest, or so I think cause I couldnt fin the specifics anywhere haha, and I think they are free to wear whatever they want as long as its formal wear.

Ah I forgor, we dont have something like the point and call system, in fact pointing is intimdating and blunt if you point to someone specific, so to sign the way its more common to use your whole arm and open hand instead of only pointing with your finger. 

The metro here is SAVAGE, accidents are usual, nobody respects safety meassures and they are a central point of protests when they happen, so in a way it is a battle facility too haha
