Removed the chii (cosplay) tags because it's probably not meant to be that, my guess is that OP was referring the fact that Rukia's VA also voices yuzuki_(chobits).

The ear units are pretty specific to Chii and her sister unit though, as most of the PersoComs in the series tended to have their own ear module shapes.
