This is Sakura from the Reprise of the Spear Hero spinoff (read after LN 16 to avoid spoilers from the main series)
Motoyasu once said that the Miko outfit wouldn't suit Sakura, unlike Raphtalia... So I drew it to prove him wrong. Man has no idea what he missed out on.
I actually drew it back in the early 2022, though I recolored it now and rendered the whole thing again. I left the lineart from before, so it's a bit janky.
