Looks like this may be over soon. In a surprising move, it looks like Twitter has fully capitulated and will begin abiding by Brazil's requests. Revealed in court filing late Friday night by Twitter lawyers that they have now complied with the orders of the Brazilian Supreme Court. The filings state they have banned all the accounts as requested, they've paid all the fines, and they have named a new formal representative in Brazil.

Perhaps Twitter didn't think when they switched to Cloudflare, that Cloudflare would fulfill Brazil's request to isolate Twitter traffic so the banned could be maintained.
