    It's been sometimes since I last posted here...X3
    Boy it felt so good to be able to CG again! XD

    I tried to do Cell-shade coloring again, this time I imitated the coloring style from "Touhou 10.5 Scarlet Weather Rhapsody" [link]

    The character I made is EX Rumia, a fan made character based on the character Rumia. [link]

    Unfortunately, I only made the size for wide screen though... =/

    Image belongs in the Alphes pool due to this part of the image description. Kinda wish (s)he had a BG-less PNG of the image.
