Fall 2012: Initial Foxcat-chan artwork to promote doctrine adoption.
Foxcat derives from Pandemic Legion nomenclature. Fleet doctrines are invariably named -cat. Someone apparently thought the Apocalypse-class battleship's silhouette is foxlike.
