Legally mandating sex reassignment surgery for trans people sounds a lot more regressive to me than making an innocuous "no balls" joke.

I'm sorry, but sex reassignment surgery being mandated to be treated and considered as an "actual" trans man/woman is way more regressive than a harmless joke.
