It's kind of hard to tell, but isn't that the tip of her index finger on the top of the bottle?

If that’s her index then she is definitely missing a finger, there is only 4 visible(counting the index, ring finger, pinky, and thumb) her middle finger is missing.

The hell are you talking about? Her middle finger is right there near the neck of the bottle, between the index finger on the nozzle and the ring finger on the body.

Relax, I misunderstood what “top”of the bottle meant in reference to the index finger since I was looking at the bottle itself and not the nozzle. My apologies for the mistake. I now see the index finger and I’ll concede I was wrong.
