Does the Star Network Duck know...?

Also who takes over the Star Network in case Star Nun moves to the City Church? Spicy Nun is too young (and still too corrupt) and Smug Nun would probably spy on Grumpy all the time. So Grumpy Nun needs to become head of the Star Network, become the Grumpy Star Nun.
That or Star Nun takes the entire Star Network with her to the City Church.
