Can anyone who's familiar with these characters identify what exactly is going on to lead to such a height disparity? Is P90 aged up / upsized? Is FAL shrunken / aged down? Or is this actually how tall they are with respect to each other, and my assumption that this is yet another example of the artist's size-up fetish is wrong?

This is, indeed, Amogan just being Amogan. I remember this piece being lineart only ages ago. Guess he finally got around coloring it
