A "gangster" crew rooted deep in Emor City's Ash District.
On the surface, the Ashwinds tear up the streets on their tricked-out skateboards, chasing speed and freedom.
But beneath that tough facade, they're just a loyal bunch of kids who've got each other's backs, led by their Captain, Minova.
