The boy might be blue jay monk, mostly based on the similar hair, and the blue poncho. The man could be Father due to having the same beard as the young version of Father, but I think that's unlikely since Diva seems to have gone out of the way to never show his eyes, even when he had clear glasses. No clue on the lady. She doesn't ring any bells for me. We'll probably have to wait and see if they show up again later.

The man is most definitely Father. Father was already a priest at the main convent at this point (not to mention the man in picture might most likely be dad of the child - and Father is (likely) not permitted to have any children as a priest.
Also the kid is not Blue Jay monk - I believe that BJM was already in (city) convent at this point, and also is most likely older than this kid.
