Chaos undivided cultist. She has tatooes of the different marks of the Chaos Gods.

Nurgle is the only one who doesn't have his branch of cultists. Khorne and Tzeentch do, and Slaneesh cultists are all female.

Last time I checked, all the gods have cultists. For the record, Nurgle's cultists refer to him as "papa Nurgle", and there aren't any gender restrictions on cultists. Guys can worship Slaneesh too.
