I suppose it might be a Nemesis Force Hammer. Never read that Nemesis Force weapons must have an edge or anything.
Not seeing how this could possibly be a Grey Knights Terminator unless you think that the thing on his left pauldron is the symbol of the Inquisition. Looks like a regular - and uglier - Terminator, because you can recognize Grey Knights Terminators by their signature awesome.
Gamesworkshop figs have always looked like who ever is wearing the armor needs to be torn apart a little bit at the joints for it to fit. Still own way too many of the damn things though.
